Lazy E Retreat offers multiple spaces to fit every part of your celebration. The Reception Hall provides an elegant indoor setting for dining and dancing, while the Outdoor Courtyard is perfect for ceremonies or cocktail hours under the Texas sky. The Poolside Area adds a relaxed touch for gatherings or next-day brunches, and the Guest Suites and Bridal Rooms offer comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Each space can be tailored to your style, creating a seamless experience from start to finish.

We know planning your special day comes with questions! Here’s a quick guide to help you learn more about hosting your event with us.

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for spring and fall weekends.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own vendors. We also have a preferred vendor list if you’d like trusted local recommendations.

How do I get pricing and availability?

You can inquire through our “Book a Tour” or “Request Pricing” buttons on the website — we’ll send you details based on your date and event type.

What’s your capacity for events?

Depending on the space, our venues can host anywhere from small gatherings of 25 guests to large celebrations of 250+.

Are alcohol and catering allowed?

Yes, you may bring your own licensed bartending and catering services. Some restrictions may apply depending on your package.

What’s included when I rent an event space?

Each event space includes the use of tables and chairs, cocktail tables, bride & groom suites for getting ready, day-before set up, and time for rehearsal.

Is there on-site lodging available?

No, there is no on-site accommodations at Lazy E Retreat. We do have recommendations for places to stay in Big Spring.

Do you offer on-site parking for guests?

Yes, we have ample on-site parking close to all event spaces. We have a shuttle for parking that can bring larger parties from a separate parking lot on-site.

Do you require event insurance or security?

Yes, all events must carry day-of event insurance and security.

Is there a place for the wedding party to get ready?

Yes, we offer private bridal and groom suites in select spaces — perfect for hair, makeup, and pre-ceremony photos.
